At KPI Business Advisory, our journey has been shaped by a steadfast commitment to service, excellence and value—the very principles we champion with our clients. Our story begins in 2012, when Director Kristen Kubank, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, faced a complex challenge: a client burdened by five disconnected systems, an overextended finance department, and a lack of real-time reporting. Drawing on her extensive expertise and passion for empowering business owners to achieve financial goals, Kristen transformed the client’s operations and significantly improving their financial reporting and efficiency. This success underscored the potential of cloud-based solutions and set the stage for Kristen’s evolving vision.
 

Recognising the burgeoning demand for cloud integrators, Kristen leveraged her skills to become a trailblazer in the industry. However, it is her role as CFO for an ASX-listed company that truly defines KPI Business Advisory’s professional stature. Kristen's strategic insights and high-level financial acumen have been instrumental in guiding businesses through complex financial landscapes.
 

KPI Business Advisory was founded to provide specialised and focused accounting services. Over the years, the team have honed our expertise , particularly in Xero, to deliver unparalleled accounting and app advisory services. Today, we proudly assist business owners of all sizes with a comprehensive suite of services, including cash flow forecasting, KPI reports, budgets, monthly management reports, CFO services, annual ASIC registry and and BAS agent services to name a few.

Information we are required to Disclose to you by law. The below has been dictated by the TASA Detemination 2024 and we are by law enforced to display on our website.

As a BAS Agent, our work for you is performed in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. Under this Act, the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024 requires that we make the following disclosures to you:
 

  1. Matters that could significantly influence your decision to engage us (or continue to engage us) for a Tax Agent Service from 1 July 2022 onward include the following: None Applicable.
     

  2. The Tax Practitioner’s Board maintains a register of Tax Agents and BAS Agents. You can access and search this register here: https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register
     

  3. If you have a complaint about our BAS Agent services, please reach out to discuss with your Accountant by email and cc Director, Kristen Kubank. We will attempt to resolve your issue within 14 days and will outline the dispute resolution process. If you are unhappy with the outcome that we propose to you, you can then make a complaint to the (TPB) using the link listed above. The TPB will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint and review and risk assess your complaint. If you are unhappy with how the TPB has dealt with your complaint, the above link includes details about your review rights and who can further assist you.
